Movable Book Society

The Movable Book Society honors excellence in the creation of movable and pop-up books through several awards. These awards recognize outstanding achievements in paper engineering, artist books, and contributions to the field.


Meggendorfer Prize for Best Paper Engineering (Trade Publication): Awarded for the most outstanding commercially published pop-up or movable book within the two years preceding the biennial conference.
Meggendorfer Prize for Artist Books: Recognizes the best pop-up and movable artist book created in the past three years.
Emerging Paper Engineer Prize: Aimed at undergraduate and graduate students, this prize celebrates excellence in paper engineering projects created during their course of study.
